if your pinned down and in dire need of new positions, get someone with enough paint to spare have them lay down some covering fire to stop opponents having a easy shots at you and your teammates, as your team member starts to shoot stay low and move as fast as possible to the next position. as you move you start to fire giving another teammate a chance to move. repeat
